We love to know when, where and how our fruits and veggies are grown. That’s why we only use seasonal, sustainable, organic, and locally sourced produce.

Beef

We only serve the best. We are proud to offer:
  • USDA Prime
    The superior grade of US Beef. It denotes amazing tenderness, juiciness, flavor and fine texture.
  • USDA Prime Dry Aged Beef
    The key effect of dry aging is the concentration and saturation of the natural flavor, as well as the tenderization of the meat texture. This is beef at its best.
Off the butcher block:
  • Ribeye
    Our ribeyes are thick cut and highly marbled.  Fat is where a lot of the distinctive flavor of beef comes from, making ribeye one of the richest, beefiest cuts available.
  • Strip (New York Strip, Kansas City Strip, Top Sirloin, Top Loin, Shell Steak)
    Tight texture with a definite grain means strip steaks are moderately tender, but still have a bit of chew. Good marbling and a strong beefy flavor. Perfect for a crowd.
  • Tenderloin (Filet, Filet Mignon, Châteaubriand, Tournedo)
    Extremely tender with an almost buttery texture. This is the perfect steak for any occasion.
  • T-Bone
    A two-for-one cut—it’s comprised of a piece of tenderloin, and a piece of strip separated by a T-shaped bone.
  • Porterhouse
    Similar to a T-Bone but has more tenderloin.
  • Short Ribs
    Larger and meatier than pork ribs, these fan favorites are extremely tender and can be prepared utilizing many different techniques.
  • Steak Burgers
    We grind and hand-form our own burgers in house, utilizing the same quality of beef you would expect from BK Private Dining + Catering. Want to customize your own burger blend? Just ask us. Sounds like fun!
  • Roasts (Tri-tip, London Broil, Brisket, Prime Rib)
    Roasts are great for carving stations and large gatherings.

Poultry

We are proud to offer only USDA Certified Organic Chicken and Turkey. Our poultry are humanely-raised on small farms in free-range conditions without the use of any antibiotics or hormones. Old-fashioned methods are used to create a truly modern and tasty chicken or turkey. Naturally plump, with moist meat and tender texture, this is poultry at its most enjoyable!

Pork

BK Private Dining + Catering LLC loves pork! Our organic milk fed pork is the most tender and juicy pork available on the market.

We only utilize the best, sustainable seafood that money can buy. Our market/vendor dictates the selections available to us based on quality and seasonality.
