A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Brian has worked for and with some of the most prestigious country clubs and restaurants in the tri-state area. Brian’s extensive knowledge of food and diverse culinary background are the reasons his food is so dynamic. This allows him the ability to offer a completely custom and full service catering experience. Brian is also able to offer folks who are vegetarian, vegan or gluten free, options when it comes to their special event. “Peace of mind is important to me. Know where your food comes from. Stephanie Avitable’s creations are always fresh and prepared from “scratch”. The BPS Baking & Pastry Arts Graduate from the Culinary Institute of America Class of 2006 has since followed her dream to start a concierge cake business. Her mantra is to believe in each cake as a unique work of art tailored to the specific needs of each individual. Each cake should always be beautiful, and most importantly, delicious.
